对优秀标枪运动员最后用力技术中左腿支撑角始末变化的分析与建议  

Analysis and Suggestions on Angle Change of the Supporting Left Leg of Excellent Javelin Athletes in Their Final Exerting Technique

摘　　要：以曾创造过世界记录、欧洲及亚洲纪录的１６名著名标枪运动员创造最佳成绩时的技术录像为研究资料．对其左腿支撑始角、末角的合理性进行分析。结果显示，理想的始角男子应在５０°左右，女子应在５５°左右；理想的末角男子应在７０°左右，女子应在７５°左右；理想的始末角差男女均应在２０°左右。This paper based on technology vedio about 16 famous javelin athletes who ever created the world,Europe and Acia record respectively,analysed the rationality of initial and terminal angle of the supporting left leg.The results indicated that man's ideal initial angle should be about 50°,while women's should be about 55°,man's ideal terminal angle should be about 70°,while woman's should be about 75°,the ideal difference of initial and terminal angle should be about 20°for both man and woman.
