试论软式网球前卫意识

摘　　要：我国软网前卫一直是薄弱环节，与“三强”相比差距较大，形成这种差距的根本原因是缺乏前卫意识。前卫意识是软式网球前卫主观上认识、理解和运用该项运动规律，根据比赛双方客观实际而采取的一切合理行动（牵制、诱导、截击、扣杀等）的全部思维活动过程。它的内容包括独立性、能动性、目的性和自觉性。要培养前卫意识，就要提高其思维能力；发挥其意识的能动性；强调其意识的目的性、自觉性。Net guarding is always a week point in soft tennis. Thisis caused by the lack of netguarding couscious. The net guard conscious is a whole mind process of all appropriate behavior (suchas contain, induce, intercept, smash).The content of net guarding conscious include: independency,initiative, purpose, consciousness. The training of net guanding conscious should improve the thinkingability, make full use of the initiative, stress the purpose, ard consciousness.
