摘　　要：运用系统科学的理论,论述了大型综合性运动会中组织与管理工作的特点,并着重阐述了第11届亚运会和首届东亚运动会运用系统科学进行组织与管理的范例、方法等。In the paper, with the theory of systematic science, the author discusses the features of organization and administration for games in China. At the same time,by analyzing the cases of the list Asian Game and the first EAG.the organizing and administrating methods are mainly demonstrated with the application of systematic science.
