摘　　要：通过观察法（录像）,并结合1993～1996年女子体操评分规则,对世界高水平运动员平衡木自选套技术动作的发展趋势进行探讨。结果发现,上下法向加难、加长、挂串方向发展;成套动作的编排上体现出新颖、多变的特点,突出绝招。Observing the video tapes and referring to the evaluation rules for female gymnasts from 1993 to 1996,the author studies the developing trend in the beam optional exercise movements of the top gymnasts in the world. The results show that the beam optional exercise combination has presented the features of novelty and variety with the stress on unique skills.
