摘　　要：本文根据当前信息技术和我国经济高速发展的形势，提出加速中国信息化的一些策略性思想，包括关于ＭＩＳ开发思想的转折，关于ＭＩＳ工厂化建造的构想，关于发展民族ＭＩＳ产业问题等。篢his paper suggests some strategic views about the trallsition of MIS develop-ment ideas and approaches based on the current information technologies and Chian′s sit-uation，Also it poinis out the necessity and feasibility of MIS production in enterprises andputs forward some ideas about building MIS enterprises．The importance and strategies ofdeveloping China′s MIS national industry are illustrated.
