摘　　要：形势和任务 我国的城市规划工作肩负着迈向21世纪,促进国民经济和社会发展,建设社会主义现代化城市的伟大使命。“八五”期间,是我国经济社会快速发展、社会主义现代化建设取得辉煌成就的重要时期。The article analyses the situation and task about our urban planning. It also summarizes the achievements and experiments. It points out: in the situation of reform and open-up the function of urban is becoming variety. The work of urban planning is faced with more opportunities and contradictions. So we have a heavy responsibility in the work of urban planning.
