摘  要:对金属管高温气体过滤除尘脉冲反吹过程的流体流动与传热过程建立了二维柱坐标下的数值模拟模型 ,进而采用SIMPLEC方法进行了数值计算。采用R .Cross ,M .Hecken ,U .Renz的实验结果对模型进行了验证 ,符合较好。针对实际设计的喷嘴结构 ,数值研究了所应用的文氏嘴结构参数对脉冲反吹再生效果的影响 ,获得了合适的喷吹距离 。A two dimensional axis symmetrical numerical model was set up to simulate the momentum and heat transfer involved in the regeneration process of metal filter candle for high temperature gas cleaning. The CFD algorithm of SIMPLEC was used and the comparison was made between the numerical results and the literature results of Cross R. Good agreement was achieved in the prediction of flow field and reasonable temperature distribution. Further numerical simulation of the effect of structure parameters of Venturi on the regeneration process was carried out for a practical metal filter candle with a specific jet nozzle structure. An appropriate distance of the jet nozzle venturi was obtained, which might provide useful advice for the design and operation of the filter components.
