全旋辅助练习器的研制与运用

摘　　要：笔者在教学实践中研制了全旋辅助练习器，并在体育系８３、８５、８７级体操专选课中实际运用。通过教学对比实验，结果表明：全旋辅助练习器制作简单，操作方便，对于完整掌握全旋技术，提高动作稳定性，缩短教学进程和提高教学质量有较大助益。he author develops a suplementary full-turn training apparatus through practicaltcaching activvity and performs atest on teaching comparision. The result shows that the apparatus hasthe following properties:easy to produce and convenient to operate. It is a great help not only formastering the full-turn technique but also for shortening training period and improving teachingouality.
