摘　　要：本文讨论了ＣＳＣＷ的技术发展前景，全面分析了ＣＳＣＷ的组织需求和ＣＳＣＷ对整个组织的影响。然后，对应用ＣＳＣＷ所产生的效益与风险进行了对比分析。最后，简要提出了ＣＳＣＷ应用开发的战略与目标。篢his paper further analyses the development of background teehnologies ofCSCW／ CSCS based on the discussion of paper[2]，and gives a detailed description oforganizational requirements and the affection of CSCW on organizations. Then, we focuseon the comparison of the effectiveness and risks in applying CSCW to organizations. Finally，we advance the strategies of developing and constructing CSCS in organizations.
