摘　　要：本文针对我国计划金融体制下所存在的种种弊端进行了较为详尽的分析,指出走市场金融的道路是克服这些弊端的唯一出路。The author makes a fairly detailed analysis over the various drawbacks exis-ting in the planned financial system of China; and it is pointed out that theonly way out to overcome these drawbacks is to reform in the direction of amarket finance system.
