摘　　要：运用引文分析方法对我国体育科技队伍的成熟与稳定程度、情报与外语能力以及近年在学术研究上较有成效的科技人员进行了定量分析与评价。结果表明:当前我国体育科技队伍人材结构已初步形成,科技新人不断涌现,但中、高层次人才相对偏少,整个队伍处于发展中的相对不稳定状态;科技人员情报与外语能力偏低,该问题依然是影响科技交流的一大障碍。To determine the achievement in sports science research, abilibies of making best use of information and foreign language among staff of sports science and technology in China, this paper has studied the quoted passages in sports periodicals by means of quantitative analysis and evaluation. Results showed that structure of sports science and technology personnal has been formed, but the development of whole staff was relatively unbalanced. Less high level experts and lower level of information utilization and foreign language ability are the obstacles in international exchanges in sports science and technology.
