多疣壁虎个体状态及一些贮能部位的季节变化

摘　　要：多疣壁虎(Gekko japonicus)成幼体和雌雄成体的状态指数无显著差异,状态指数的月间差异显著,休眠开始时的11月下旬最大。雌雄成体躯干、肝脏和胃肠道水分含量无显著差异,躯干、肝脏和胃肠道水分含量的月间差异不显著。雌雄成体躯干灰分含量无显著差异,躯干灰分含量的月间差异不显著。成雌脱脂躯干灰分含量显著大于成雄,雌雄成体脱脂躯干灰分含量的月间差异不显著。雌雄的肝脏指数和胃肠道数差异显著,成雌的肝指数、胃肠道指数及成雄的胃肠道指数月间差异显著.No significant differences in condition index (CI) among Gekko japonicus of different size and sex groups were observed in this study. There wese sighificant monthly changs in CI, with the maximum CI occurring in late November. There were no significant differences in water contents (WCS) of carcass, liver, and gastrointestinal tract between adult males and adult females. The WCS remained approximately constant throughout the year. Adults of both sexes had approximately equal level of carcass ash content, but adult females had significantly higher ash content, of lean carcass than adult males. No significant monthly changes in ash contents of both carcass and lean carcass between adult males and adult females were observed. There were significant differences in liver index (LI) and gastrointestinal tract index (GTI) between adult males and adult females. We observed significant monthly changes in LI and GTI in adult females, and significant monthly changes in GTI in adult males.
