摘　　要：本文通过第6届世界杯、1992年瑞士杯国际邀请赛和第25届奥运会中国对古巴女排的三场比赛录相及1993年我国甲级女排漳州冬训比赛录相的统计对比,结果表明,我国女排现有的快变战术与古巴队相比,近两年来始终没占优势,而且现有的战术模式束缚了副攻队员进攻能力的发挥。因此,为我国女子排球运动的重新腾飞,必须突破原有的战术模式,进行改革创新。Through the statistical comparison for the videotapes inthree major matches of China against Cuba as well as in 1993 wintertraining of the Chinese women volleyball teams of the first divi-sion in Zhangzhou, it shows that the quick changeable tactics usedby the Chinese team now haven't been in the dominant position inthe last two years compared with Cuba team. Therefore, the existingtactical patterns must be changed and reformed as soon as possible
