摘　　要：本文通过技术影片解析的方法,对我国优秀标枪运动员进行技术诊断,找出技术上存在的主要问题,并提出改进投掷步技术、加快出手速度等技术环节的调控对策。This article, by means of analysing technical films, makes the technical diagnosis for the Chinese elite javelinists and finds out the major problems existed in techniques. Meanwhile, it also proposes some adjusting policies such as improving the techniques of delivery stride, accelerating the release velocity and so on.
