摘　　要：根据对国家女子乒乓球队教练员的调查访问,考虑到在奥运会集训中实施测试的可行性和实用性,本文将技术与心理作为对参赛奥运会女子乒乓球运动员竞技能力诊断的主要因素.根据诊断结果和运动员奥运会比赛成绩,认为用分段指标评估法和16PF量表对国家女子乒乓球运动员技术和个性特征进行研究,能较客观、准确地揭示运动员的竞技能力,是对运动员多方位研究的有效尝试.Considering the opinion of the coaches of the national table tennis team and the feasibility of making diagnosis during training period for Olympic Games, the study chose technical and mental factors to diagnose the competitive ability of the Olympic women table tennis players. Based on the diagnosis results and the records of the players in the Olympic Games, it is concluded that the section target evaluation and the 16 PF Scale can objectively evaluate the competitive ability of table tennis players. The study is an attempt to make comprehensive evaluation on table tennis players.
