关于运动性闭经某些性激素分泌特点的研究

摘　　要：我们测定了运动性闭经女运动员一个月中唾液E_2、P的变化,并与正常月经者进行了比较。运动性闭经女运动员一个月中唾液E_2、P浓度低于正常人,且变化不规律。Saliva estradiol and pregnendione concentration can reflect the characteristics of some sex hormones secreted in athletic secondary amenorrhea. In this study, the changes of saliva estradiol and pregnendione concentration during a month in some sportswomen who had athletic secondary amenorrhea were measured and compared with those in subjects who had normal menstrual cycle. Results show that saliva estradiol and pregnendione concentration in athletic secondary amenorrhea sportswomen were lower than that in normal menstrual subjects and varied irregularly during a month.
