摘  要:目的:对川明参地上部分与根的化学成分进行比较研究。方法:采用RP-HPLC方法,选用Phenomenex C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,4μm),以乙腈-0.05%磷酸水梯度洗脱,柱温为25℃,检测波长为230 nm。建立川明参地上部分的标准指纹图谱,并将其与同一色谱条件下分析测定的川明参根的HPLC色谱图进行比较。结果:不同产地川明参地上部分与根之间化学成分差异较大。结论:所建立的指纹图谱能有效区分川明参地上部分与根化学成分的差异,研究结果为川明参资源的合理开发利用奠定了基础。Objective: To conduct a comparative study of chemical constituents in aerial parts and root of Chuanminshen violaceum Sheh et Shan. Method: RP-HPLC analysis was performed on a Phenomenex C 18 column(250mm × 4.6mm,4μm). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and water containing 0.05%(v / v) phosphoric acid. The column temperature was set at 25 ℃, and the detection wavelength was 230 nm. A standard HPLC fingerprinting in aerial parts of C. violaceum was established to compare the aerial parts with root of C. violaceum. Result: There was great difference of the chemical constituents between the aerial parts and root of C. violaceum. Conclusion: The aerial parts from root of C. violaceum can be effectively distinguished by the fingerprinting of chemical composition. The research results have laid experimental foundations for rational development and utilization of C. violaceum.
