摘 要:本文介绍一种由三组光纤束以同轴方式构成的光纤位移探头,采用差动补偿检测方法,可消除光源强度波动、被测表面反射率变化、光纤传输损耗变化等因素的影响.实验表明,当被测体为光亮的铝表面时,传感器在音频波段内的最小可测位移量为1.2nm/Hz^(1/2);未经校正时在3mm的测量范围内非线性误差小于3.5%;经校正后,线性度可达0.15%.A simple displacement sensor based on three fibre-optic bundles is described Using the balanced detection method, the influence of the enviro-mental perturbation such as the power fluctuations of light source, change of reflection coefficent of target surface, and fibre bend attenuations can be eliminated or decreased. Experimental results show that the minimum detectable displacement of the sensor, is 1.2 nm/Hz^(1/Hz) within the audio-frequence range while the measurand is aluminium surface, the nonlinearity error with no correction is less than 3.5% within the measurement range of 3mm, and 0.15% linearity can be obtained with correction by the microprocessor systems.
