摘　　要：本文分析了我国经济发展和资源消费的现实关系和以及我国目前的资源储量对于经济发展的保证程度 ,认为为适应我国经济发展的需求 ,我国资源产业必须快速发展。然而 ,我国资源产业现状 ,由于地勘费用短缺 ,矿山企业经济规模小 ,矿山企业税费负担过重等问题导致资源产业缺乏自我积累能力和从外界筹资能力 ,使得我国资源产业的发展受到一定限制。最后参照其他国家的处理措施 ,对问题的解决提出了建设性的建议。The authors analyze the practical relationship between economic development and resources consumption, and the degree to which resources amount can be used for our economic development. We consider that recourse-dependent industries must be developed rapidly to keep up with economic development. However, the current situation in mining, such as outlay shortage, small scale of enterprises and heavy tax, eliminate the industry's financing ability and suffocate the development of resources-dependent industries. Lastly the authors bring forward pieces of suggestions by referring to routines of other countries.
