摘 要:实验制备了5种含不同内给电子体(乙二醇二甲醚,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯和3种二者不同比例复合内给电子体)的MgCl2负载型乙烯/1-己烯共聚合Ziegler-Natta催化剂.研究了复合和单一给电子体的催化剂的催化性能.实验结果表明:与单一给电子体的催化剂相比,复合内给电子体催化剂的乙烯聚合活性明显提高,当n(EGDE)∶n(DBP)=1∶1时,活性最高,为15 190 g/g,正共单体效应更明显,而复合内给电子体催化剂制备的聚合物相对分子质量减小,相对分子质量分布变窄.Five different MgCl_2-supported Ziegler-Natta(Z-N) catalysts containing internal donors were prepared for the copolymerization of ethylene with hexene-1.The internal donors are ethylene glycol dimethyl ether(EGDE),dibutyl phthalate(DBP) and three composites with different proportions of EGDE and DBP.The performances of the catalysts containing different internal donors for ethylene polymerization with hexene-1 were also investigated.The results indicated that the catalysts consisted of ether and ester compounds as internal donors showed higher catalytic activity in the ethylene polymerization,15 190 g/g at the EGDE to DBP molar ratio of 1,than that of catalysts consisted of single internal donor compound.These catalysts showed comonomer enhancement effects significantly in the copolymerization of ethylene/1-hexene.However,copolymers prepared by catalysts containing the mixture of ether-ester internal donor(TiCl_4/MgCl_2/EGDE/DBP) possessed lower molecular weight and narrower molecular weight distribution than that by TiCl_4/MgCl_2/EGDE or TiCl_4/ MgCl_2/DBP.
