摘　　要：1985年,笔者在《外语教学》(西安外院学报)第3期上,发表了拙文《动作名词+of+名词短语结构初探》。时隔两年,通过学习和研究,笔者对这个问题有了一些新的认识。故草拟此文,求正于同行。在《初探》一文中,笔者对“动作名词+of+名词短语”结构的语义解释和歧义辨析等问题提出了一些看法。在这篇《再探》的文章里,我们除了对这个结构的语义解释继续提出一些看法外,将把重点放在对“动作名词+of+名词短语”的内部结构的研究上。In addition that We continue to make an approach to the semantic interpretation of the structure 'Action Noun+of+Noun Phrase' , in this essay, we put main emphasis on the study of its internal structure such as the source of the grammatical formatives 'of' 'is' and the possibilities of the movement of Np in the structure.
