新型杀虫活性物质松油烯-4-醇衍生物的合成

摘　　要：　基于松油烯-4-醇的研究成果,合成了其酰胺、硫酯、酯、醚等11种衍生物。检索结果表明,其中1-(1-甲基-1-羟基)乙基-4-甲基-3-环己烯基甲酸甲酯、1-(1-甲基-1-羟基)乙基-4-甲基-3-环己烯基甲酸乙硫酯、N,N-二甲基-[1-(1-甲基-1-羟基)乙基-4-甲基-3-环己烯基]甲酰胺、4-甲基-4-乙硫基环己基甲酸甲酯、4-甲基-4-乙硫基环己基甲酸乙硫酯和N,N-2-甲基-(4-甲基-4-乙硫基环己基)甲酰胺等6种化合物为新化合物。Terpinen-4-ol is one of the major insecticidal compounds extracted from essential oil of Sabina vulgaris Ant..A series of amidate,thioester,ester,ether analogues of Terpinen-4-ol,10 compounds were synthesized for insecticidal activity screening.6 compounds of them,1-(1-methyl-1-hydroxyl) ethyl-4-methyl-3-cyclohexocarboxilic esters,1-(1-methyl-1-hydroxyl) ethyl-4-methyl-3-cyclohexocarboxilic thioester,N,N-dimethyl-1-(1-methyl-1-hydroxyl) ethyl -4-methyl-3-cyclohexocarboxilic amide,4-methyl-4-ethylsulfide cyclohexyl methyl formiate,4-methyl-4-ethylsulfide cyclohexyl ethyl thioester formic acid,N,N-dimethyl-(4-methyl-4-ethylsulfide cyclohexyl)-formamide,are new synthesized compounds.
