摘 要:对产权结构的分析,在经济理论与实践中都具有重要的意义.产权理论,是在正统的微观经济理论发现所有制问题成为资源有效配置的障碍时,通过对正统微观经济学说根本缺陷的思考与批判,从交易成本中推演出来.作者系统地介绍了现代产权学说的核心——科思定理,并且认为,布坎南对科思定理的重新构造,是本世纪以来西方产权理论演变的最后形式.作者认为,对本世纪以来西方产权理论演变的考察,将对我们构造社会主义市场体系有所启迪.Analysis of the structure of property right is of great importance for theoretic and practical economics. The theory of property right evolves out of the calcualation over the costs of transaction and the conjecture over and criticism of the fundamental shortcomings of the orthodox microscopic economic theories when such theories find that the problems associated with ownership form the obstacles to the effective allocation of the resources. The co-authors of the present article give a systematic review of the Coose theory that is generally accepted as the nucleus of modern theory on property right, maintaining that. Buchanan's reconstruction of that theory emerged as the ultimate form yielded by the development of the theory on property right in the present century. Investigation of such development, according to the co-authors, will provide useful information to the designers of China's socialist market system.
