摘　　要：西部大开发使西部经济与东部的差距有所缩小,但也存在一定的缺陷,具体表现为金融支持的相对不足。通过在中心城市、中小城市和乡村三个层面建立"以中心城市为区域资金中心、中小城市为资金支持面、广大农村为资金据点"的梯度性金融格局,可充分发挥资金的辐射作用,为西部的发展提供有力的资金支持。The development of the Western region,to some extent, narrows the economic gap between the Western region and Eastern region,but there are some drawbacks,as is concretely revealed by the relative insufficiency of financial support.The radiative effect of funds can be brought into full play, thus providing powerful financial support for the development in the Western region, by establishing a step-ladder financial pattern in the three levels of central cities, small and medium-sized cities,and villages,'with central cities as regional funding center,small and medium-sized cities as funding supporting plane and vast countryside as funding stronghold'.
