摘　　要：本文运用费用-效益分析的一些基本原理,从社会宏观角度分析了目前电影业在收益分配上的不合理状况,并从边际净效益出发,探讨了如何改进这种分配,促使电影的制片业、发行业和放映业的生产经营活动都统一到追求最大社会效益的目标上,对当前协调电影业内部各部门间的活功,提高影片的社会效益和经济收益,促进我国电影事业更快发展,提出了一个方向性的问题。This essay bases itself on the fundamental principles of benefit cost analysis to conduct an analysis on the present irrational distribution of profits in the movie industry from a social macroscopic angle and, proceeding from marginal net benefit, studies the issue of how to improve this distribution mode so that the producer, releaser and cinema could unify their production and management onto the target of pursuing the greatest possible social benefits. The author has in this paper put forth an issue concerning the direction in coordinating the activities of various departments in movie industry, the enhancing of social benefits and economic profits movie industry, and the promotion of China's movie-industry with a view to a still faster development.
