摘　　要：依法治国既体现了人民的意志和要求,也体现了党的性质和宗旨。“三个代表”是依法治国的保证,依法治国是实现“三个代表”的具体治国方略。实施依法治国和坚持“三个代表”是我们治国之本,立党之本,两者有着内在的统一。Managing state affairs according to law displays the will and request of the people and the nature and aim of the Party. “Three Represents” guarantee managing state affairs according to law. Managing state affairs according to law is concrete requirement of the “Three Represents”. Managing state affairs according to law is based on managing state and establishing the Party that manage state law and adhere to the “Three Represents”. Bothe of which are internally unified
