On Metholological Systems in Research on Enterprise Administration

摘　　要：本文作者认为,我国企业管理落后,一个重要原因是企业管理研究落后,而企业管理研究落后的重要原因则是企业管理研究方法落后。针对如何建立企业管理研究方法体系,作者论述了四个方面问题:第一,分析了传统企业管理理论与现代企业管理理论的区别和联系;第二,探讨了建立企业管理研究方法体系的基本思路和一般方法;第三,企业管理研究方法体系的结构和一般模式;第四,企业管理研究的内容和范围。最后,作者提出,企业管理研究方法体系应该是开放的,具有普遍指导意义;同时又是权变的,能够适应经济、政治和文化的变革与发展。An outstanding cause for the backwardness of China's enterprise administration,argued Mr. Wang Chunbo in the present article, is the outdatedness of her research inthis field, a regretable fact for which the outdated methodology is mainly responsible. He expatiates on how to develope a new systam in four parts of his exposition: 1. An-alysis of the traditional administrative theory's shortcomings aud limitations asseen through a comparison between it and modern theories; 2. Research on the basicprinciples and the usual methods followed in establishing a methodological system;3. Review of the structure and general model of such a system; and 4. Review of thecontent and scope of the research in enterprise administration. Mr. Wang concludes hisexposition with emphasis on the openness and widely informativeness of a methodolo-gical system on the one hand and its adaptability to economic, political and culturalchanges on the other.
