我军管理教育科学化的几个问题

摘　　要：本文认为,管理教育是我军独特的治军方式,是我军实现科学管理的基础。然而,面对许多新问题,管理教育若要充分发挥其职能,必须实现科学化。作者认为,管理教育科学化应该正确认识如下问题:(1)管理教育科学化的内容与发展方向;(2)它与我军现代化、正规化建设的关系;(3)实现管理教育科学化亟待解决的问题。Recognizing administrative education as the basis of the effort for the ChinesePeople's Liberation Army's scientific administration, the author of the present articleemphasizes the need for such education itslef to be scientific in order to be fully ef-ficient. He lists the following topics as subjec ts calling for correct understanding: 1. The content and prospect of administrative education; 2. Its relation with the PLA's drive for modernization and more standardiza-tion; and 3. Urgent problems involved.
