摘　　要：本文研究联邦德国目前存在的八种所有制形式和国家在所有制问题上的基本政策。八种所有制是:私人垄断所有制、非垄断性的资本主义所有制、小私有制、国际私人垄断所有制、合作社所有制、工会所有制、国家垄断所有制和国际国家垄断所有制;This is a systematic research paper. Based on his extensive study and analysis of numerous references, the author has concluded that there exist 8 forms of ownership concerning the economy in FRG. He also gives a brief introduction of the basic policies of FRG's ownership. So this paper serves as an eye opener for us in the study of the ownership of the advanced capitalist countries in the West.
