摘  要:在1984年研究工作的基础上,用Hallberg改良法测定了13名大学生和46名运动员共105个周期的经血量,对其中13名运动员和7名普通大学生测定了经期参加训练经血量的变化。普通大学生的经血量平均为60.2ml,运动员平均为39.4ml,经显著性检验,运动员的经血量明显少于大学生和我国普通妇女。运动员经血量超过我国普通妇女正常上限(80ml)者占6.8%(普通妇女为19.7%)。运动员经血量超过3~30岁妇女上限(70ml)者占8.5%(23~30岁普通妇女为18.7%)。这些事实提示了,运动员的经血量比一般妇女为少。对大学生和运动员进行连续两个周期经血量的观察发现,同一个体经血量的变动范围不大,个别运动员的变化较大,甚至超过了经期参加训练对经血量的影响。因此,欲了解经期训练对运动员经血量的影响,需要进行多周期的观察。An experiment for determining the MBL durimg 105 cycles in 13 college girls and 46 sportswomen was carried out on the basis of the work done in previous years. In the case of 13 women athletes who engaged in sports as usual during menstruation periods, fluctuations of MBL were also measured.The average MBL for ordinary college girls was found to be 60.2ml; that for sportswomen, 39.4ml. Prominence test indicated that the MBL in women athletes was markedly less than that in college girls or ordinary women.6.8% of the sportwomen registered an MBL exceeding the normal upper limit of 80ml set for ordinary Chinese women, while the proportion of ordinary women was as high as 19.7%. 8.5% of the female athletes -as against 18.7% of ordinary women-experienced an MBL exceeding the normal upper limit of 70ml set for women in the 23-30 age group. All these demonstrate that the MBL sustained by a sportswoman is less than that suffered by an ordinary woman.No sharp fluctuations in MBL between two cycles of an individual were noted in either the college girls or the female athletes. However, variance in MBL could be quite significant in the case of some sportswomen. In some cases it was even greater than the fluctuations cauaed by sports training during menstruation periods.
