摘 要:本文分析了体育是怎样发展成为国民经济中一个服务部门,论述了体育事业归属第三产业;分析了体育服务消费品的特点,指出它具有效用的多用性、产品的非实物性、非贮存性和生产,交换与消费的同时性等特征;肯定了体育服务消费品同样具有价值,说明了正确计算体育事业的产值,有助于加强体育部门的经济核算,改进各个体育服务单位的经营工作;论证了大力发展体育服务消费品,对增加劳务供给、繁荣体育商品生产、加速体育事业发展的社会经济意义。This article makes an analysis of how sports have developed into a service department of the national economy; discusses the classification of sports as a third industry; pointt out that sports have multiple functions, that the products of sports are intangible and cannot be stored, and that the production, exchange and consumption of sports products are realized all at the same time; affirms the value of'consumer goods' provided by sports service; explains how a correct calculation of the value of sports products can help sports departments to make a better job of their economic accounting and improve the management of the sports service organizations; and discusses how the production of'consumer goods' through sports undertakings can contribute to the increase of the supply of social service, to the growth of sports-related commodities, and to the flourishing of physical culture in the country.
