摘　　要：对这20多年来江苏及其邻区的地震前的电磁波观测资料进行了整理,对出现的异常信息和地震的对应关系进行了统计分析,分析结果表明,电磁波异常信息与地震三要素有一定的对应关系,并对电磁波的性质从电磁波产生的机制和传播方式两个方面进行了探讨。This paper arrange the observation data of the electromagnetic waves before earthquakes in Jiangsu Province and its vicinities in 20 years. It also collect and analyze the corresponding relations between abnormal signs and earthquakes. As a result, there are some corresponding relations between it and three elements of earthquake. And electromagnetic characters are discussed through producing-electromagnetic wave mechanism and radiating method.
