摘 要:采用目前常用的4种COD测定方法,分别对COD浓度为50,100和800mg/L的标准溶液进行测定,经统计检验其准确度和精密度均较好.选择12种有代表性的工业废水进行对比实验,结果表明:微波消解法是一种适用、快捷、简便、节能、二次污染程度小的方法;在测定ρ(COD)<50mg/L的废水时,微波消解法与重铬酸盐法的结果相差稍大;在测定ρ(COD)>50mg/L的废水时,二者的结果相近,其相对误差为±5%。因此,在测定工业废水中的COD时,完全可以用微波消解法取代经典的重铬酸盐法.Four COD measure methods are generally used to determine the standard solutions in which COD values are 50, 100 and 800 mg/L respectively. The results are proved to be accurate and satisfied from the statistical test . At the same time, 12 kinds of typical industrial wastewater are used in the comparative tests. It is shown from the test that the microwave digestion method is very applicable and convenient and energy saving for measuring COD in industrial wastewater. When determining the wastewater with COD value less than 50 mg/L, the microwave digestion differs a little from that of the dichromate method. When determining the wastewater with COD value larger than 50 mg/L, the difference between the two tests is negligible and the relative error is about ±5%. It is obvious that microwave digestion method can be used to replace the classic dichromate method when measuring COD in industrial wastewater.
