摘　　要：永煤集团公文流转系统采用先进的工作流软件平台—Lotus Domino/Notes 8.5,完成了集团各种公文的网上起草、审批、下发,使得各种公文实现了办公自动化。本文阐述了永煤集团公文流转中工作流的设计及系统功能特点等。YongCheng Coal & Electricity Group document flow system using Lotus Domino/Notes workflow software platform-Advanced 8.5,completed the group of various documents drafting,examination and approval,the Internet and various documents,makes the realization of office automation.This paper expounds the workflow YongCheng Coal & Electricity Group in official document circulation system design and functional characteristics.
