摘　　要：本文对GB/T 20000.2-2009中这3个要素的主要编写要求进行了梳理,提出用对比法和条件分析法来掌握编写采标标准主要编写要求的方法和技巧,从而避免出现类似问题,提高标准编写的质量。Thia paper sorts out the main development requirements of the three elements in GB/T20000.2-2009,and puts forward the methods of contrast and condition-analysis to master the methods and techniques of main development requirements of developing adopted standards,so as to avoid similar problems and improve the quality of standards development.
