摘　　要：新能源汽车是汽车行业动力转型的方向,未来几年将是新能源汽车产业化的关键时期。从法规体系、认证标准及认证流程等方面,对我国和美国新能源汽车市场准入制度进行了简要的对比分析,希望能够帮助汽车企业快速了解双方的准入制度,以便尽快进入中国和美国市场。The new energy vehicle is the direction for the automotive industry transformation,and it will be in a critical period in the next few years for its industrialization.From the aspects of laws and regulations system,certification standards and certification process,the paper briefly compares the market-entry license system of Chinese and American new energy vehicle,so as to be of help for automobile enterprises to understand each other’s entry license systems and enter Chinese and European market as soon as possible.
