摘　　要：本文比较了风险管理在我国和发达国家安全标准中的应用情况;对安全风险管理的理念和传统安全管理的理念进行了对比分析,论述和介绍了目前在国际上被普遍接受的安全风险管理基本思想和ALARP准则,提出了风险管理应作为一种成熟的科学方法在我国安全标准中普遍应用的论点。The paper compares the applications of risk management in safety standards in China with that in developed countries.It analyzes the safety risk management concepts and traditional safety management concepts,introduces the basic thought of safety risk management and ALARP rule which are both internationally accepted.It then puts forward an argument that as a mature scientific method,risk management should be universally applied in Chinese safety standards.
