摘　　要：本文提出基于"消费者全人健康"视角的"消费品质量安全要求",从消费者人身、财产及心理健康角度重新阐述了"消费品质量安全"的内涵,提出需关注消费品对消费者心理健康的影响,认为可将其纳入"消费品质量安全要求"的范畴,并说明了该理念的提出对消费品质量安全评价及相关标准研制的意义和启示。The study suggests the new requirements of the consumer product safety from the perspective of the consumer’s holistic health, and elaborates the concept of the safety of consumer product about consumer physical, property and mental safety, and especially come up with focusing on the injury to consumer's mental health. The study raises that mental security should be included in the category of consumer product quality and safety requirements, and analysis its significance of evaluating the quality and safety of consumer product and the enlightenment on developing the related standards.
