摘　　要：欧盟BPR法规将涉及生物杀灭剂产品及经生物杀灭剂处理的物品。本文针对欧盟BPR法规特征及影响,国内外针对生物杀灭剂监管的现状以及如何开展应对欧盟BPR监管法规措施进行探索,将对我国相关产品顺利出口欧盟和监管机制的不断完善具有一定的积极意义。EU BPR regulations will involve biocidal products and the products treated bybiocides. This paper discusses the characteristics and influence of EU BPR regulations, biocides regulation for domestic research status, the current research status of both at home and abroad on biological kill agent regulation, as well as how to carry out the measures research to deal with the EU BPR regulations. This study will promote the products exports to EU and improve the regulatory mechanisms of biocides agent products in China.
