摘　　要：环保问题的日益突出和贸易保护主义的抬头,绿色贸易壁垒成为了各国的重要贸易保护措施。随着绿色贸易壁垒对我国农产品出口的影响越来越大,辽宁省作为农产品出口大省,其农产品的出口贸易必定受到重大影响。因此,从辽宁省农产品出口的实际情况出发,分析绿色贸易壁垒对于辽宁省农产品出口的影响,探寻突破绿色贸易壁垒的途径,对于实现辽宁农产品出口跨越发展具有重要的理论和现实意义。The rise of trade protectionism and the problem of environmental protection have become increasingly prominent,the green trade barriers have become the most important trade protection measures for each country.under the influence of the green trade barriers on the exports of China's agricultural products becoming more and more big,as a big agricultural exports province,the agricultural product export trade will have a great impact on.Therefore,starting from the actual situation of Liaoning Province agricultural product export,analysis of the impact of green trade barriers on exports of agricultural products in Liaoning Provinceis is made to explore the way to break through the green trade barriers,and it has important theoretical and practical significance to realize leap-forward development of Liaoning agricultural products export.
