云南农村中小学体育教学中民族传统体育开展现状及对策

摘　　要：文章采用文献资料法、实地调查法对云南省农村中小学体育教学中融合民族体育活动现状进行相关分析和研究。结果表明:整体形势不容乐观,内容单一,形式陈旧;结合民族传统体育项目的特点,在体育教学中开展民族传统体育具有优势条件,也具有一定的挑战;结合农村的实际情况提出可行的对策和建议:改编适合学校体育教学的民族传统体育项目;激发教师改革兴趣;整合民族传统体育资源等。对其研究旨在改善中小学体育教学现状,丰富课程资源,促进中小学生体质健康。With the methods of literature and field survey,the paper does the analysis on the current situation of countryside integration of national sports into school sports.The results show that:the overall situation is not optimistic,content,single form of obsolescence;combining traditional sports characteristics,it has advantages to carry out PE teaching with traditional sports,also has some challenges;combined with the actual situations in ethnic areas,the paper puts forward feasible countermeasures and suggestions,such as adapted National traditional sports suitable for Physical Education,inspire teachers reform interest;integrate traditional sports resources.The research aims to improve school sports teaching situation,enrich curriculum resources,promote students physical health.
