初中起点六年制本科学历小学体育教师培养模式探索——以湖南第一师范学院体育系为例

摘　　要：初中起点六年制本科学历小学教育专业是高等师范院校顺应时代发展需要、面向小学教学所设立的一个全新的专业方向,与高中起点四年制定向培养模式相比具有明显的优势。文章依据教育科学的有关理论,从初中起点六年制本科学历小学体育教师的培养目标、课程设置人手,对初中起点本科层次的小学体育教师的培养模式进行探索研究,并提出相应的策略建议。Primary school PE from a six-year-college-education program for students graduating from junior middle schools, a new-brand major facing primary teaching, is the result of higher normal colleges’ meeting the times, and has obvious advantages compared with the four-year-oriented training mode with high school as its starting point. The paper starting with the former’s training objectives and curriculum setting puts forward some corresponding strategies and suggestions by exploring its training mode.
