摘　　要：洞庭湖生态环境日趋恶化,生态事件频发。基于RIA架构的洞庭湖生态事件采集网络GIS能更好地面向公众进行生态事件预警,快速地登记并发布生态事件,对及时掌握生态事件相关信息及精确预警具有重要意义。系统采用RIA、WebService,SuperMap iServer Java 6R,SuperMap iClient for Flex等技术开发,设计了数据存储、服务器、客户端三层逻辑架构,包括基础地理信息发布与浏览、生态事件信息发布、生态事件采集与管理三个顶层模块。系统在洞庭湖国家级自然保护区实际应用后,取得了较好的应用效果。The environment of Dongting Lake is becoming more and more deteriorative,and the ecological events are increasing seriously.This software can warn,record and publish ecological events which is opened by public.It is of great importance in collecting and forecasting information of ecological event.This software uses the advanced technology of information,such as RIA,WebService,SuperMap iServer Java 6R,SuperMap iClient for Flex and so on.It is designed by three levels and three functional modules.The three levels are data storage,server and client,and the three functional modules are publishing and browsing base geo-information,publishing information of ecological event,collecting and management of ecological event.This software has been used in Dongting lake national nature reserve,and the results are very well.
