摘　　要：管道穿越大型河流、沟堑一直以来都是油气长输工程的重中之重,穿越测量时的控制不但是测图的依据,还是后期施工的依据,这就要求所做的控制要满足测图和施工放样的双重需要。在现在的工程测量中,GPS定位技术应用越来越广泛,利用GPS定位技术为本工程做首级控制,取得了较好的效果。It is the key point for oil/gas pipeline to cross a great river or a vally,its control points/benchmarks survey is the base not only for mapping,but also for laying out while construction,which requests that the control points/benchmarks survey should satisfy therequirements for both mapping and laying out.The technic of GPS loctionning is applied more and more times in project survey nowadays,it is also applied in above mentioned project for the primary controlsurvey and achieves success.
