摘　　要：全球移动通讯系统GSM是目前较为广泛使用的一种数字移动通信网络。基于GSM及GIS技术,探讨了GSM Modem技术在地质灾害预警系统中的应用模式,研究了应用过程中涉及的部分关键技术和规范,并结合AT指令、ASP.NET和C#编程技术,设计、开发了基于Web技术的地质灾害数据采集与预警信息发布功能模块。最后,对该功能模块进行了应用试验,结果令人满意。Global System of Mobile communication(GSM) is one of the widely used digital mobile communication networks.Based on GSM and GIS technology,the paper discusses application mode of the GSM Modem technology in geological disaster warning system,and studies some key technologies and standards in application process.Combined with AT instructions,Asp.net and C# programming technique,the geologic hazard data collection and alert information release function module are designed and developed based on Web.Finally,via application of test,it has been found that the result is satisfactory.
