摘　　要：对长汀县级水土保持管理工作的需求进行分析,根据其需求特点,采用ArcGIS Engine和Skyline结合.NET平台进行二次开发,并介绍了水土保持管理信息系统的设计、关键技术的实现。The paper conducts the soil and water conservation demand management analysis of Changting county.According to the characteristics of their needs,the paper uses ArcGIS Engine and Skyline and.NET platform for secondary development,and describes the design of information system in the management of water and soil conservation and the realization of the key technologies.
