摘　　要：基于ArcGIS Server构建基于B/S模式的水情信息系统,将各种水情信息及空间数据发布到Internet上,用户通过Web浏览器,进行雨水情信息的查询显示。与传统的基于表格、文本的显示方法相比,基于WebGIS的水情显示系统,实现了雨水情信息的地图化操作,其对信息的表示更加直观,信息量也更加丰富。Based on ArcGIS Server,the hydrology information system is built.The information system is based on B/S pattern and all kinds of hydrology information and geography information are published on Internet.The user can acquire the information through web browser.The use of GIS technology makes it possible to display the hydrology information in map.The display pattern based on WebGIS is more intuitionistic and offer more information than traditional display mode which is based on tables and text.
