摘 要:激光焊接是目前应用较广的激光焊接技术,对于薄板焊接时激光深熔焊接的焊接深熔比可以达到2:1,其焊接强度和稳定都优于传统焊接。本文采用YAG激光器对2mm厚的0Gr18Ni9进行焊接试验,测量焊接的熔深和熔宽,并采用正交试验法进行参数优化,分析激光参数对焊缝的影响,通过显微硬度测试分析焊接接头的硬度,为激光焊接工艺参数选择提供可靠的依据。Laser welding is a widely used laser processing technology,in which the deep penetration welding ratio of laser deep penetration welding can reach 2:1 in sheet metal welding,and the strength and stability are superior to traditional welding.In this paper,YAG laser is used to make a welding experiment on 0Gr18Ni9 with the thickness of 2mm,the welding penetration and width are measured,the parameter optimization is carried out by orthogonal experiment method,the impact of the laser parameters on welding seam is analyzed,the hardness of welding joints is analyzed by microhardness testing,which provides a reliable basis for the selection of laser welding process parameters.
