摘　　要：辅导员队伍是高校大学生思想政治教育的主力军,扮演着多种角色,承担着教育、管理、服务等职能,是一支帮助高校大学生坚定理想与信念,树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观的重要队伍。本文将就吉林省高师院校辅导员工作的现状进行分析,提出若干对策。Instructors’ team,as a main force of college students’ ideological and political education work,plays a variety of roles,bearing the functions of education,management and service,and it is an important team of helping students stabilize their ideals and beliefs and establish correct views on world,life and value.Based on the analysis on current situation of counselors’ work in colleges of Jilin Province,this paper puts forward some countermeasures.
