摘　　要：《古田会议决议》论述了红四军内思想政治工作的作用、存在的问题及有效开展的方法,它对增强高校思想政治理论课的实效性有四点启示,具体包括思想政治理论课应加强对大学生正确政治信仰的教育,提高思想政治理论课教师的素质,切合学生实际讲授知识,教学方法多样。Gutian Congress Resolution illustrates the role and the existing problems of ideological and political work in the Forth Red Army and then the paper discusses the methods to carry it out in a more effective way. The implications of Gutian Congress Resolution for improving practicality of the college ideological and political theory courses from four aspects,i. e. we should adhere to the correct political belief propagation,improve the quality of the ideological and political teachers,relate the courses to students' practical conditions and apply a variety of teaching methods to the teaching.
